  • EXPECTATIONS:
  • Students are required to maintain and turn in a binder each 9 week grading period.
  • Binder is 30% of 9 week grade and will be used with testing.
  • LAB EXPECTATIONS:
  • Follow all directions...Be on task and pay attention to surroundings.
  • Horseplay will not be tolerated.
  • Share responsibility with group members.
  • Be respectful of lab, supplies and group members
  • Hands must be washed and hair must be pulled back.

Meeting these lab expectations will determine how often we prepare food, so if you want to participate in labs, please be sure to meet these expectations.  The alternative is bookwork.

  • Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness class is a component of the Bowie Garden Project.  Students will be involved in the planting, maintaining, and harvesting of the produce from the garden.  Some produce  from the garden will be incorporated as part of the the cooking labs.
