Objectives:
1.1. To increase TAAS/TAKS scores and to narrow the gaps as indicated.
1.2. To increase the attendance rate from 93.2% in 203-204 to 96.3% in 2004-2005.
1.3. To develop a plan which focuses on At-Risk students.
1.4. To develop a plan which focuses on Bilingual Education/ESL students.
1.5. To develop a plan which focuses on Economically Disadvantaged students.
1.6. To develop a plan which focuses on Gifted and Talented students.
1.7. To develop a plan which focuses on Special Education students.
1.8. To decrease the longitudinal dropout rate from 1.9% in 2003-2004 to 1% in 2004-05.
1.9. To increase the longitudinal completion rates from 7% in 2003-04 to 5% in 2004-2005.
1.10. To improve SAT, PSAT, and ACT scores by 2 points each in 2002-2003.
1.11. To develop a plan that offers all students a minimum of four opportunities focusing on instruction which encompasses state mandated TEKS in all academic disciplines.
